I loved the location, though we had to limit our outings because of the hike back to the hotel. We wished the spa had longer hours—we couldn’t use it because of wedding commitments at night.

The people here were really nice, and the breakfast had everything you could want—plenty of options and fresh. The room was modern, comfy, and spotless. Dinner was hearty and tasty, and after a long hike the pool was a perfect place to unwind, especially with that amazing mountain view. Plus, the included Jokercard for the lifts was super handy. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. Dinner was genuinely good, and the room was beautiful—mountain style but modern and clean. The relaxation area and spa were nice, and we appreciated the Jokercard that gave us free access to lifts, transport, and museum tickets. The pool, however, was a let‑down; I read it was heated year‑round, but in August the water was only 27‑30 °C, and with 19 °C outside it felt too cold to enjoy.

The hotel sits in a prime spot with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was fantastic, and both the staff and owners were courteous and welcoming throughout our stay.
