The location was great, close enough to The Elm for the event we came for, and there were plenty of nearby food spots. My stay was terribly uncomfortable: I arrived at the official 3:00 PM check‑in, only to be told the room wasn’t ready; the front desk said it would take 10 minutes, yet I waited 45 minutes past the promised time. When I finally got in, the room was poorly cleaned, clearly rushed, making the place feel unhygienic. I raised the issue with the front desk attendant, who was indifferent and said “nothing he could do,” and management made no attempt to apologize or compensate for the lost time. I cannot recommend this property because of its lack of basic hygiene and poor customer service.

The room was clean, and free breakfast was a bonus, though the dining area was small and crowded; the lighting in the room was great for working.
