Our family of about twelve stayed here after friends recommended it; it’s well‑situated, brand‑new, impeccably clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful, especially the reception clerk Bruno, whose professionalism, promptness, competence, courtesy and friendliness truly impressed us—big thanks to the hotel and kudos to the team.

The location is close to everything, and the breakfast was wonderful with many tasty options. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help; we arrived late at night, needed tea, and were offered a delicious one. The hotel also offers free parking.

The location is good, close to the BR, near restaurants, and facing São Francisco. The breakfast was very good and parking is nearby. The hair dryer didn’t work well, and because we stayed on the weekend there were street events in front, so the street was a bit noisy, but that’s not a problem with the accommodation.

The room was fine, but the parking was an issue, the bathroom mirror lighting was inadequate and the breakfast offered only two kinds of fruit.
