“Must stay”

I love the room; the stay was perfect and clean. I’ll be staying again.

The hotel was close to the events I attended, but there was no pool in the facilities.

The location was fine, but the management was a problem.

I was pretty let down by my stay at this hotel. Although the hotel itself was fine, I didn't get the room I had booked, which was a queen room with a sofa bed. When I tried to sort out the issue, I was told that there were no rooms like that available and that the mistake was mine. I was very dissatisfied with how things turned out.

“Ms Joice and her staff were very accommodating. She was a pleasure to talk to and always went out of her way to assist”

Overall, my experience at this hotel was pleasant. Everything seemed to be in order, and I didn't have any major complaints. In fact, I found the hotel to be really nice, which made for a comfortable stay.
