“Ótimo custo-benefício”
The staff were polite. There isn’t a 24‑hour front desk, but you can message them on WhatsApp and they’ll sort things out or bring what you need right away. They restock everything: coffee, salt, detergent, toilet paper, linens, soap, towels, oil, etc. The room is well equipped, so you can stay for a few days; I stayed 8 days after a surgery I had, and because I was in a rough post‑op phase, it was a good place to recover. By value, it’s worth it – better than many hotels that charge double. I went in with low expectations and ended up exceeding them. I think investing in an elevator would be good for the future; the stairs are steep, so if you’re carrying heavy luggage it’s tough. The place is quiet, but if someone starts chatting in the hallway everyone hears it. The mattress was a bit soft and caused some body aches. The rooms were a bit dark, especially on the first floor, so there’s less natural light. Overall, the negatives are tolerable for the value they offer; many hotels charge high prices and provide only 70% of what they promise.
