The location was good.

Everything else was fine, but the shower drain was almost clogged, so washing left me with water up to my calves, the shower was very loud yet worked well, I mentioned it to reception and they noted it; we couldn’t get the coffee maker to work—was it broken or were we incompetent? We followed the instructions.

The bathroom wasn’t clean.

The room was on the first floor, not very large, the hotel is in an industrial park which isn’t for tourists, I was totally mistaken about booking here; the bathroom is very narrow and the ceiling paint is peeling, the TV screen isn’t very big.
