The room was simple but comfortable; the AC worked well and the fridge kept things cold. The bathroom was clean. The hotel says it has a garage, but it’s far away. You have to climb many stairs to the reception (bad for seniors or people with back or leg issues). When you tell the receptionist you have a car and want to park, they give you the garage gate key, and you must descend all the stairs to the garage, then either walk back or take a taxi. Even worse, when you leave, you must pick up the key, walk or taxi to the garage, then stop in front of the hotel, climb all the stairs to return the key, and descend again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel welcoming. The breakfast, however, was underwhelming – not much variety and the quality left something to be desired. Parking was a bit confusing; the instructions weren't clear and it took longer than expected to find a spot.

Staff were great, the rooms were clean, and the location is spot on. The only downside was the steep staircase – not ideal for us older folks – and the mattress was too firm. Also, the parking garage is outside the hotel building, which was a bit inconvenient.

The service was flawless – everyone was polite and quick to help. I didn't notice any other problems during my stay.
