The location was good, rooms were quiet, staff were nice, but the furniture was too low and the breakfast hall was cramped, and the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and Summer really made the Halloween event enjoyable with a lot of effort.

The staff were pleasant and cooperative (they let us keep our luggage for free for a few days until we checked back in), the cleanliness was good, the beds were comfortable, there was a washer‑dryer in the room, and it’s close to the metro/train station, making transport to both Tokyo airports easy. The only downside was the frosted windows that blocked the view.

“Clean and with great amenities.”

Washer and dryer in the room is an incredible amenity that makes it possible to travel light for business trips. Rooms are always clean. Staff is always helpful and available 24/7. Coffee machine is lobby is convenient and makes a good cup. The price has crept up over the past few years. Perhaps an unavoidable consequence of inflation and an increase in inbound tourism, but this hotel is now significantly pricier than similar business hotel chains
