The property is excellent, located right in the heart of Maremma with a truly stunning view, making it a perfect spot to relax and escape everyday life. The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. A small suggestion concerns breakfast: although it’s not included, it would have been nice to have a few extra touches such as napkins, a homemade cake, or fruit. Given that there is a restaurant on site, these simple details could make the welcome even more thoughtful and pleasant. Small gestures, but they do make a difference.

A pleasant family-run place close to the town and the sea. The rooms are large, and we also had a big shared kitchen. The hosts were very welcoming and helped us a lot with local directions and other questions.

We left very happy; everything was tidy and well equipped. Elena and her husband were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the dinner was delicious. Everything was perfect – I would definitely recommend it!
