Gina and Alexander welcomed us warmly, and the location was great, but we were disappointed that the advertised table tennis table wasn’t available; otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel sits in a quiet residential area and has a shaded lawn. The air‑conditioning failed to keep the room cool; the temperature was far too high for a long stay or even for sleeping. The hotel lists a restaurant, yet food was only served on Monday and Sunday that week, with a menu priced at 52 €. We arrived on Monday and the meal was already booked out, so the next chance to eat was the following Sunday. The TV is far too small.
The host’s hospitality made the stay very comfortable, and the garden and salon added a lovely atmosphere.
