“Fabulous welcoming stay in Canmore !”

Arriving for my first trip to Canada, I got all the practical details—check‑in, parking, breakfast timing—a couple of days before we landed. Annie and Brian greeted us right away, shared solid trail suggestions and local eateries, and Brian’s breakfasts kept changing, each one tasty enough to fuel our hikes. The Wilderness room was spotless, comfy, and they even let us borrow poles and crampons, plus it’s only a ten‑minute stroll into town—couldn’t ask for more.

The spot is right by the river and just a short walk to the city centre, which made getting around a breeze. The hosts were super friendly and always ready to help, and the breakfast was absolutely top‑grade—definitely a 10 out of 10. We could also grab free coffee and cold water whenever we wanted, which was a nice touch.

The owners were warm, accommodating, and pretty flexible with our plans, and the room we got was spot‑on—clean, comfy, and right near the town centre for an easy walk. Everything felt just right, and we didn’t run into any issues at all.

Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help, and the breakfast spread was solid while the location was convenient for getting around. The only drawback was the en‑suite bathroom—it’s functional but feels cramped, so keep that in mind if you need space.
