“Gréât location and cheap but very run down, so you get what you pay for!”

The spot is great for its location, but the building looks worn down. My room was okay, yet the hotel overall felt dirty and poorly maintained.

“FUN, EASY , AND A PLACE THAT I WILL BOOK AGAIN SURELY.”

Right in the heart of Jonker Street and the Stadthuys building, with the night market and plenty of gift shops and cafés nearby. The room was roomy, with a balcony overlooking the Malacca River and lovely lighting. The downside was the loud bar right in front of the hotel blasting music until 2 am. There weren’t many halal options, and the one available was pricey and didn’t live up to our expectations.

“A good location, no taxi needed to get back to the hotel.”

The location was fantastic, close to Jonker Street and the Stadthuys area. The bed was excellent, clean, and I slept well. Some outside noise from the centre didn’t really bother me. Extras included extra toilet paper, two different soaps, travel toothbrushes, and two bottles of water. The bathroom, however, wasn’t clean—long hairs on the floor, a black cap on the soap dish, and soap stains on the walls that could be tackled with vinegar. The toilet itself was clean, but the surrounding area wasn’t. There was no clothes hanger or hook for a blouse. I hope the owner reads this and ensures future guests find a clean environment.

“Great location but basic”

The location was fine, but the room had a musty smell and one air‑con unit didn’t work. I reported it, yet it remained non‑operational.
