A modern, color‑themed hotel, fully equipped and on a wonderful location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very varied, tasty, and everything is fresh. Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor are less than a 5‑minute walk away, and two metro stops are within 200 m. Everything was fine.

The location of the Francisco I is simply fantastic, almost the most central spot you can find. Even the entrance, with its many flowers, is beautiful and instantly makes a great first impression. The breakfast is varied, fresh, and truly very good. We especially want to highlight the staff: we rarely experience such attentive, warm, and proactive service in a hotel. They even think of families with small children – pre‑arranged high‑chair spots and child cutlery are just a small example of that. Our room was very good, and the beds were a real highlight: a huge 2.10 m width, very comfortable, and there were three different, really good pillows to choose from. Great location, beautiful hotel, and above all an exceptionally attentive team. We would come back anytime!
