Location is good .But amenities are at worst. No parking, totally unclean, ambience is poor and very dirty, very bad small all around the hotel. There was cockroach inside the toilet

This place has its quirks, but the staff really make up for it. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful people at the front desk, in the restaurant, and even the housekeeping team. The rooms are a bit small, but they're clean and well-maintained. The real issue is the noise - the walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on in the hallway and next door. Still, the positives outweigh the negatives, and I'd definitely stay here again.

“Speed up the renovations”

I'd have appreciated a heads up that the hotel was in the middle of a renovation when I booked, but Mr. Mohsin, the staff member I dealt with, was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed a bit clueless, which was a shame. On the plus side, the location is perfect for travelers, and I could tell the new owner has a clear idea of what they want to achieve – it's got great potential.
