“It’s fine for short stay”

The location was perfect, right next to SM Ecoland, but unfortunately, the noisy pipe water system kept me up at night. On top of that, they only accepted cash payments, which was inconvenient. We booked three rooms for three days and two nights, but the room wasn't cleaned once, and we had to ask for new towels on the second day. I had emailed them prior to my arrival to request a ground-floor room or elevator access for my senior family member, but no one replied.

“Ecoland”

The location was ideal, but it was a shame that we had to deal with a few issues. There was no water when we arrived, and the bedding had stains on it. The TV was also a hassle to log into, and to make matters worse, there was no water again on our last night.

“Close to mall”

The hotel's proximity to the mall was a major plus, but unfortunately, the room fell short of cleanliness and comfort standards. It was a shame, because the location was so convenient.

The price was definitely a plus, but the evening staff struggled to handle phone inquiries, which was frustrating. It was a shame, because the price was so reasonable.

Ecoland 88 Apartelle and Suite is a great value for the price, especially considering its proximity to SM City Davao and various restaurants. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful, even letting me check in late. However, it's worth noting that it's a bit far from Davao's city center, which might be a hassle if you want to explore the area.
