I stayed there because it was the start of my safari to Botswana, and it was handy that I could store part of my luggage for free. That convenience made me book the hotel again later. However, I accidentally made a double booking for the same day, noticed it right away, and informed both the hotel and myself about the mistake. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t cancel the duplicate reservation, so I had to pay for it, which really upset me. Aside from that, the location isn’t very attractive and the hotel feels rather soulless—just suitable for a quick stopover.
