Everything was perfect—from the location to the entire house, the staff, and the delicious breakfast—but it was a shame that the newly built sauna was still non‑functional.

The pool was too cold, and one of the reception ladies gave terrible hiking advice. Two breakfast ladies were wonderful, but on the first day a staff member was very unfriendly and not service‑oriented. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything was just right – a very nice hotel in a quiet spot with friendly staff. If you’re cycling, remember the hotel is a bit uphill from the city centre, but that gives you great views of Kaltern and the vineyards. Secure bike storage is available and you can charge your e‑bike there. The pool is nice for cooling off, and there’s a light snack in the evening. Breakfast on the terrace is a dream. I’d love to come back!

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the food outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming – both at the hotel and in the restaurant. The location is truly special: right in town, yet surrounded by beautiful vineyards, offering the perfect combination of convenience and peaceful countryside atmosphere. Everything was taken care of with great attention to detail, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. A beautiful place with a warm atmosphere and excellent hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it.
