The staff were very attentive, the food was good and the entertainment lively. However, the minibar in the room wasn’t restocked, the drinks at the pool and beach bars were only a 4/10, and the pool was cleaned too late—at 9:30, still being cleaned at that time and ultimately not cleaned properly.

The hotel was spectacular, the beach was free of sargasso, and the entertainment scored 1000 points. We were assigned a beautiful room. The food left me a bit tired; I missed tuna and some simple Argentine dishes. The hotel was full of Argentines, so I felt at home, and the entertainment honored us with an “Argentine party”!

The view faces an incredibly beautiful bay. The new, large structure is beautiful and offers plenty of activities and entertainment without any disturbances. The evening kids’ entertainment was brief.

A beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and clean spot. The staff service was poor, the hotel was far away with almost no transport options (only an expensive hotel taxi), drinks and ice ran out without being refilled, mosquitoes were everywhere and the place wasn’t fumigated.

“Muy agradable estancia para pasarla en familia”

The new, clean facility had spacious rooms and the restaurants and buffets were well organized. However, it was hard to book a table, the alcohol—especially beer and wine—was low quality, and there was a long wait for drinks at the beach bar; activities could also be better and more varied.
