The room was clean and newly renovated. We were told there would be a kitchenette, but the room we got only had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was thin and sparse when we ate; the attendant eventually brought more hot items, but we were almost finished by then. The only hot options left were bacon and a quiche tart we split.

A staff member harassed me and called the police on me! I’m in court because she, named Kelly, teamed up with two others to harass me in the laundry room and then called the police. They didn’t even show up at court because they knew they were bullies. Horrific! She should be fired. It was awful because of Kelly and the two other non‑guests who waited until the manager left to attack me.

The place was dirty and old, with a shower that had many bad repairs and looked like an old apartment; the outdoor jacuzzi was full of algae, and the swimming pool was closed during the peak summer month of August.

The location was good, close to Boeing Future of Flight and with convenient public transportation, but the swimming pool and hot tub were closed, our room was near the road and a little noisy at night, and breakfast was just okay.
