“Overall nice, with last-night disappointment.”

The staff were friendly and the room was small but nice. The night before I left, I returned late to an uncleaned room, which was a big surprise; I told the front desk and they asked if I had requested a cleaning. I hadn’t asked for the previous two days, and the room was cleaned as usual for every hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Management was never available, so I couldn’t speak with them, and I never got a follow‑up from them about my concerns. Lesson: always ask if the hotel cleans the room daily without a request.

“Check rooms that are not the same compared to the photos in the site and train the staff”

The staff were not friendly, and the room was so narrow that the distance between the wall and the bed was less than 10 cm, making it impossible to walk around. I complained to the receptionist on the first day, showing her a photo of room 328 and comparing it to the site image, but she said no changes could be made that day. Even after agreeing to a room change on the second day, no new room was provided. I’m very disappointed with both the room and the personnel. Fix room nr 328 – see photos shared.

The place was clean and close to the subway, but we paid for breakfast and never received it; the rooms were small with no space to move around.
