The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the dinner kitchen was great.

Breakfast was really good and varied, and the on‑site restaurant (even though I didn’t use it) was fine; St. Michaelisdonn doesn’t have many dining options otherwise. The staff were friendly at both the reception and breakfast area. Everything was digital—online check‑in and check‑out—which was a bit tiring for me, so I let the staff handle it. Only card payment was accepted. The balcony looked out onto a paved area with Ytong stones, and the fully glazed shower felt a bit too modern or at least required some getting used to.
