My mom and I stayed here and we really enjoyed the place. It’s very close to the main tourist attractions, right next to the Vatican zone, and it’s a safe area. There are plenty of good restaurants and Mike and his mother are super friendly and always help you if you have a doubt. I really recommend it, and if I had the opportunity I would definitely book again.

Good location. If I’d wanted to cook myself, that would have been possible. The staff is attentive and friendly. All is fine. The room could be improved with a lounge chair.

The reception by Edna and the location are great. Excellent… very close to the Vatican, markets and restaurants. For future guests, the air‑conditioner control is outside the room.

The stay was very successful! The property is in a great location – the metro is about 500 m away, and the Vatican can be reached on foot in roughly 10 minutes. There are many cafés and local pizzerias nearby, making it easy to find a good spot for breakfast or dinner. The hosts deserve special mention – they are extremely helpful, friendly, and truly care about their guests’ comfort. Thanks to their involvement you feel warmly welcomed. I definitely recommend this place.
