The “Natalia” hotel sits in a lovely spot, with windows on one side facing Krakowska Street, packed with cafés and restaurants for every taste – just a 5‑minute walk to the Opera. The place is clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a spacious layout. Our room was on the fourth floor, so keep that in mind if you’re lugging luggage. Breakfast was pretty good.

The location is simply great, and the room is clean and convenient. However, for families with a child in a wheelchair, getting up the floors is a challenge, even though the security guard helps as best he can.

The location is wonderful, all landmarks within walking distance. The hotel is cozy and not too large, clean, and the staff are very attentive. I had a morning meeting before breakfast, and they kindly offered me a lunch box as an alternative. I sincerely recommend it. The rooms do have a specific odor, and ventilation needs improvement.

The room has no windows, only a window in the ceiling without curtains, so light is practically constant.

Everything was great. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and there’s a restaurant on site. Breakfasts were tasty. I relaxed with my son, and the museums, cafés, and restaurants were all nearby. The hotel is very cozy. Even though reviews mention noisy trams, they actually added an interesting element to the trip. We’ll definitely return.
