Taiyou no Ouchi

(1) I was lucky to snag a room near the shower area, the water, and the microwave. (2) The view was fantastic. (3) The so‑called shared shower isn’t really shared; each room has its own designated shower that only its occupants can unlock, so it’s essentially a private shower separated from the main room. (1) The room had a little dust. (2) Occasionally a green bug would crawl in even though the balcony door was fully closed and locked. (3) The futon was a bit thin, but still bearable.

“滞在客もほぼいなかったので、広くゆったり使用できた。”

The communal dining area was spacious enough to feel relaxed. I wished there were mugs and cutlery provided; while I could get them at a supermarket, it’s inconvenient for a short stay.

The room and the large hall were cleaned very well. There was no large public bath, and the lighting was dim.

It was great that we had the place all to ourselves and no other guests were around. However, the check‑in process was a bit troublesome.
