“terrible experience”
My experience was not good, The hotel is marketed to be near the convention center and you actually need to wait 15 minutes for ubers to get there and then travel 13 more miutes by car to arrive to the convention center. Ubers take forever to get there. The room was very unsatisfactory. the bed seemed like a retractable sofa bed. the sheets gave me a rush all over my body and the second night, I came back at 7pm after leaving at 8am and the room had not been serviced. All my towels were wet from the morning. I decided to check out that same night after the hotel NOT offering a refund for the second although I informed with 24hrs in advance that I did not wanted to stay a 2nd night. Front desk was nice but did not solve the discomfort. People staying there seem like they live full time in those rooms and are moving in and out constantly. very dissatisfied with my experience and would absolutely not recommend it.
