My experience at this hotel was nothing short of disastrous. Upon arrival, I was informed that my assigned room had been given to someone else, and the alternative room offered was in a deplorable state - it reeked, lacked bed linens, towels, air conditioning, and a non-functional 1960s TV. The bathroom was equally unclean. We didn't stay, and the taxi driver who picked us up from the airport kindly took us to an alternative location.
