“Not 4 stars hotel”
+ : the pool area is nice and the room is clean. - : Breakfast is a joke (and a very bad one). The breakfast area is practically empty. You're allowed to choose one plate from a menu of about ten options, and that's it! Apart from that, there's a thermos of coffee, another of milk, some cornflakes, and absolutely nothing else! Want a piece of fruit in addition to your plate of gallo pinto? You'll have to pay extra ($1.50 for an orange). Want a piece of cake? Once again, you'll be charged extra ($3 for a cookie!). When you complain to reception, they simply tell you that you can pay for an additional plate. They could have easily offered me a plate of fruit to make up for this ridiculously poor breakfast, but no — no apology, no solution, nothing. Don't be fooled by the photos showing a breakfast buffet. They've gotten rid of it. The hotel's overall maintenance also leaves a lot to be desired. There's mold in the hallways, and the gym equipment is rusty and doesn't work properly
