It was terrible
“It was a horrible expirience. Never expected this from Booking.com.”
Nothing. The Room was not clean at all. The Taps were leaking. Hot water tap not working. The staff Mr. Dipak got me hot water bucket from other room/facility. Everything1! From the begining the booking was transfered to Oyo by . The title of the hotel was not "O" Nagpur Yashwant Stadium. It was 'O' Collection located in Sitabuldi area & not near Yeshwant Stadium. The room & bathroom were very poorly maintained. All the taps in the bathroom were leaking, criminally wasting valuable water. There was no running hot water. Bathroom walls were stained. No sufficient toiletaries & clean towels were provided. The bed linen was crumpled & not very clean. The room was also very poorly kempt & there were dust on all surfaces & floor. The approach to the room was very narrow & no fire escape was seen around. Lift was very small & congested. As for rating I will give a minus 10 rating to the expirience. I had a very good expirince of Boking,com before, hence I booked thr them. But henceforth I vouch not go to anymore

I appreciate the service and staff here; they’re all very polite, especially Deepak the manager, who is the most authentic and courteous person I’ve ever met.

The room was spacious and quiet, and the staff were friendly and understanding, but there was no proper hot water, I spotted a stain on the bed so a thorough cleaning was needed, and the TV set was outdated and somewhat inconvenient.

The staff were polite and responsive, but the canteen needs improvement.
