The property sits in a lovely spot, but we arrived at the start of October and the room had no central heating—just a noisy electric heater. There were no bedside lamps, so we had to walk to the door in the dark at night. The mattress and pillows were unacceptable, the bathroom layout was barely tolerable, and we were given only one face towel and no bath products. Other flaws included a peeling floor that could cause injury. The restaurant food was mediocre. When we arrived around 19:00, the rooms were still not ready even though we had notified the hotel of our arrival time.

We stayed here in October and the pipes were completely dry, so we couldn't shower; when water finally appeared it was only ice‑cold, and with no heating the night was freezing. The bathroom had mold spots on the wooden ceiling, and the soap ran out after just one wash. Very disappointing.

I forgot to cancel my reservation, and when my family arrived, there were no rooms available. We had to find another place that evening and my nephews were exhausted.
