The staff cared for us from check‑in to check‑out.

The hotel is very beautiful and close to the Haram; breakfast is excellent and varied, the staff are wonderful, and the managing company is outstanding and modern. The parking could be better—paying 50 riyals for a single night instead of 75 would be preferable.

Staying at The Venue Al Harithia for three nights was truly amazing, with great hospitality and the whole team looking after us. Every request was fulfilled instantly, and they welcomed pilgrims with fresh juices and towels after prayers, setting a high standard compared to other hotels. Special thanks to the housekeeping crew—Alef, Hamim, and supervisor Mr. Haris—as well as the Guest Relations staff, Fatima, Lujain, and Reem. The only downside was the crowded elevators and long lines, especially after prayers.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the elevators were quick, and the mosque was only about 1 to 2 minutes away. Lujain and Fatima took great care of us, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and responding swiftly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the egg station where my favorites were cooked. We’ll definitely return on our next visit.
