“Great walkable local area, excellent breakfast, cozy beds, kind staff.”

Breakfast was SO fantastic and the views from the roof room are phenomenal. Front desk staff was all very helpful and friendly. There were a bit of miscommunications with some of my pre-arrival requests (I got in at 5am and booked the room for the previous night so I could sleep). So it was missing some basics but the staff was kind and we recovered from it :)

The room was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Every morning at breakfast they even played my favorite music. Simply fantastic. The only issue was that the toilets in the spa area were not very clean.

“Grazioso hotel ma con spazi limitati”

The hotel is in a good spot for quickly reaching the center by taxi, and there are many venues nearby. The staff are genuinely very kind and helpful. I had high expectations choosing a 5‑star boutique hotel, but I had to adjust. The room is really too small (it should be 18 m² but we counted 12 m²) and with luggage it feels cramped. The cleanliness is not 5‑star level; the bathroom was cleaned only every two days (a piece of paper stayed on the floor for the whole time) and deeper cleaning was needed. Only on the desk was there a speck of dust that had never been removed. Also, the sink is located outside the bathroom and is quite inconvenient. I didn’t use the spa because I found out it wasn’t included (I wasn’t careful with the booking details). Breakfast is varied but there isn’t much in the sweet section.
