“The hotel was in a good location and met our needs”
The beds were very comfortable, and the room overall was a nice size and cozy. I had a problem at check‑in: I’d asked for adjoining rooms, confirmed by email, and called the day before to double‑check. The receptionist said yes and was booking them, but on Friday she told us they didn’t have adjoining rooms. I had to argue for a while before she finally arranged something. We ended up with a handicap room and a regular one; even though I’m older, I didn’t really need the handicap room.
