The views were great, and the neighborhood was great.

The location was good, but guest servicing was limited.

Very quiet, nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I loved the breakfast. No negatives.

The location was fine. However, our room was filthy right from the start—hair, clumps of dirt, and other debris were clearly visible on the floor. The shower was worn with deep gouges in the flooring. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, we had to wait almost an hour in the lobby while the staff gave us updates. They seemed unbothered that the room was dirty and were not in a hurry to fix it.
