The place is very convenient. The shower was a little small but still manageable. Everything else was great and can’t fault it.

The place is nice and welcoming. The value for money is excellent. The owner is super helpful and courteous, offering snacks for breakfast and also coffee pods or bitters. The room is a bit small, but it’s fine for the price. There were a few stains on the ceiling and one towel had a small tear. The shower was a bit dirty, but nothing major. The tap was a bit awkward to turn because the glass plate rested directly on top of it.

The location is really convenient near Termini station, Conad supermarket 200 m away, room decorated nicely with coffee pods and a precious machine, and the fridge was great for the August heat. Overall, a very good experience.
