The rate was great for the location and the quality, and security was solid—only residents and guests were allowed inside. The downside is that the condo has no concierge, just security guards.

The room is spacious and comfortable, but the Wi‑Fi is dead; we’re being told it’s overloaded.

The place is incredibly clean!

The hotel is easy to reach from the city, but the Wi‑Fi and TV just didn’t work.

The furniture and utensils are brand new, and the location is great, but when we booked through Grab the tower was listed as Avida Cebu instead of Riala, which confused us because we thought it was the same tower 🥲 I hope the management updates the name to avoid future mix‑ups, though we still had a good time overall.
