I liked that the room was private, but everything was dusty and dirty: I had to wipe down the windows, blinds, table, main entrance, floor, and bathroom. The bathroom itself was filthy, and I even had to kill bedbugs on the bed. I was furious on check‑in and almost left that night, but I stayed on for the stress of my trip and checked out the next morning without delay. I expect a refund because I didn’t enjoy the service.

The Suite offered great value for a single night, with plenty of extras that made it feel worth the price, but the bed was a bit too small for my husband, who is over 6 ft tall, even though it was comfortable.

The whole suite was great, good price, great location, and quiet at night; a smart TV on a bendy bracket would improve it, but overall it was a good stay and I’d happily return.
