“Booking.com grossly and negligently failed to vet this 'service provider'. Disappointing!”
I made a huge mistake booking this place as a non‑refundable credit card transaction online and learned the hard way not to trust blindly. The accommodation didn’t meet basic standards and isn’t suitable to be rented as a guesthouse, motel, hotel, lodge, or any other property class. The provider hasn’t vetted the service, prioritizing profit over customer service and risking its reputation.
