The rooms and living area were spacious and well sound‑proofed, which I liked a lot. The kids’ play area offered good value for families, the walking paths were excellent, and the lawn was perfect for the children to run around. The only inconvenience was that on the third floor of the Euro Villa building there was only one shared microwave, which made things a bit tricky.

I stayed in the orange block, which turned out to be quiet rather than bustling. The facilities showed some wear, but the bedding and dishes were all spotless. Indoor activities like bowling and the arcade were a nice touch. In the ondol room I had to lay a mat on the floor to sleep because the floor felt cold, and the boiler never turned on. Even in summer, the monsoon season left the floor damp, so getting the boiler to work would be helpful.

The hotel's location was perfect for skiing, and the heating system worked well. However, the bed was way too hard, and the sheets were torn. The towels were tiny, and the couch was ridiculously small and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no microwave in the room. The cleanliness was also a major issue, with hair on the bed, dirty closet doors, and grimy windows and balcony. The check-in system was also pretty inefficient and impersonal.

“We had a good time with my family at this resort, mainly because it was perfectly located”

We were really close to the ski lifts, which was fantastic, but the lack of proper beds and the thin mattress on the floor made for a pretty uncomfortable stay. And to top it off, the price was steep for what we got. It's not exactly what you'd call a bargain, especially when you consider the other options available.
