The owner really did everything he could to please guests; the breakfast on the first day was excellent, but on the second day it felt like a 5‑star hotel. The owner was kind, pleasant and chatty, a bit too much for my taste. The rooms were slated for an upgrade, yet they were usable; the toilet seemed a bit worn, but still functional.

Quiet and calm, with very comfortable beds. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The Wi‑Fi was almost non‑existent, and a hair dryer would have been welcome.

Check‑in was very easy, even with a late arrival, and parking was just outside the door; the breakfast was surprisingly good, the staff were very friendly and sent a lost jewelry item by mail after we had left, and the fridge offered cold drinks at very reasonable prices. However, the hotel needs an update – it feels like a time capsule from the 70s or 80s, there are no on‑site facilities, and it is relatively expensive for what it offers.
