Breakfast was decent with a lot more options than I expected, but the rooms were not very clean at all: dead bugs, dirty rusted bathrooms, stains on curtains and bed sheets, and an odor I could not place or trace inside the room.

The spot was so close to my destination that getting around was a piece of cake. 9.0/10

The receptionist, T, was a joy to chat with—friendly and super helpful—yet the building looked like a ghost town from the outside. Once inside my room, I was hit with a swarm of flies, spiderwebs clinging to the AC unit, a washcloth hanging from the shower head, hair in the tub, and even hair debris on the toilet seat—disgusting stuff. The wall was busted in, which felt completely unacceptable and made me feel like I was trespassing; a professional cleaning crew should have taken over. 1.0/10
