The reception is on the same floor, so it’s quite noisy. The spot is great, near Galata Tower with excellent transport links. Staff are good.

The room gets fresh water, tea, coffee and sugar daily, plus a kettle. It’s clean and fairly spacious, though stale air lingers until the AC kicks on. Staff are polite and responsive. The location is excellent, close to Galata Tower and well connected by public transport.

The staff were very kind and the location is great, yet our room had several issues: the lights flickered, there was mold on the bathroom wall, and it was very noisy from outside.

The place is very well situated near Galata Tower and many restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Nothing to note otherwise.
