“Muy tranquila”
The internet could have been more efficient and there should have been air conditioning.
Good price and location, but the room is next to a busy avenue and the curtains are not blackout.

I got my money back after several days, which was a relief, but the front‑desk staff on the first shift—name unknown—were very rude. The bed in my room was filthy, with hair on the mattress and dirty sheets, making it a terrible place to sleep. They cut the water supply without warning, and the responses to the outage were disappointing.

I appreciated the surprise you gave me and am very grateful for it, but as I mentioned before the bedside lamp never turns on and the ceiling light doesn't work either.
The bed was comfortable, which I liked, but there was no downside to mention. The Wi‑Fi signal was good, though the rules are very strict about bringing in anything that might scare people (though they are enforceable). The TV is non‑smart, has no cable, and nothing to watch, so it’s just a place to sleep.
