The location was convenient. The rooms were terrible; some coworkers’ rooms had roaches and smelled awful, and one room had blood stains on the walls. There was a payment issue: we paid the full amount through Booking for the stay, but Booking didn’t transfer the whole amount to the hotel. The staff told my husband he’d be let go if we didn’t pay, so we had to pay the hotel directly until Booking and the staff resolved their payment problem.

I stayed at the hotel and found no microwave, water dripping from the ice box, and moisture on the floor and tables.

“A total nightmare”

There was no breakfast, the floor stayed wet from condensation, paneling peeled off the walls around the bathtub, the ceiling had cracks, towels were dirty, hair was in the bed, the TV guide didn’t work, the refrigerator was dirty, a rotten sewer pipe smell lingered, and overall the place was a filthy dump.

“Horrible”

Nothing. EVERYTHING WAS FILTHY, INCLUDING THE PARKING LOT. I RESERVED A KING/ SMOKING AND RECEIVED A FULL BED NON SMOKING WITH ROACHES. I OPEN THE LIL FRIDEGE AND GOT GREATTED BY A ROACH. THE ROM SMELLED LIKE MILDEW. THE DOOR DIDN'T CLOSE PROPERLY UNLESS YOU SLAM IT SHIT 3 TIMES. I EVENTUALLY CUT MY LOSSES AND FOUND A BETTER ROOM IN THE NEXT CITY
