“Außer der Lage und dem engagierten Personal völlig inakzeptabel!”
Tolle Aussicht und besonders engagiertes nettes Personal!. Das Zimmer war teilweise mit Bambuswänden versehen, das heißt weder nach außen noch gegenüber den Nachbarn abgeschlossen. Daher viele Insekten und Lärm! Die Toiletten waren nur durch nach oben offene Zwischenwände abgetrennt. Das auf den Fotos abgebildete Moskitonetz war nicht vorhanden. In der Nacht fanden darüber hinaus Karaoke-Parties mit Gästen von 3 Autobussen (!) bis 2 Uhr früh statt. Essen gab es aufgrund dieser Parties nur bis 17:00 Uhr
The view, the concept, the staff’s arrangement to make the stay pleasant. It rained and there were leaks in the room, the bathrooms had little water, a sink that fell straight to the floor, and if you arrive after six you have to come without hunger because nothing is sold and it’s not easy to leave for the town to buy.
Everything overall looked great.

The view of the ocean from the suite. No hot water, terrible wifi, a torn towel, no soundproofing – you can hear every neighbor’s conversation, questionable cleanliness, very poor value for money, far too expensive for a disappointing service.
“An excellent beach hotel with a fantastic restaurant and breathtaking views”
The spot is unbeatable, rooms stay spotless and the facilities are top‑class. Dining was outstanding, and the staff went out of their way to make everything comfortable. The plumbing seemed shaky at times, running out of water a couple of times—likely a leak—but the issue was fixed right away.
