The balcony is nice, but the room isn’t good, they didn’t provide a TV, and the beds are very bad and disgusting.

I tried to get in touch with the staff but received no reply, and I never learned where the lodge or hotel was located, forcing me to book elsewhere.

“The worst ever experience during a business trip”

The scenery around Rushikonda is beautiful, but the experience at the two hotels was the worst nightmare of my life, inflating my hospital and dry‑cleaning bills. I was first offered a room at 'Super Collection Hotel O', which I had to complain about and cancel right after arrival because the room was filthy, the mattresses were stinky, the bedsheets soiled, the washroom sink broken, and the walls stained—completely different from the online photos. They then moved me to 'Collection O', next to 'Super Collection O'. The first room, 406 on the 4th floor, had a severe bed‑bug infestation that caused a serious skin reaction, forcing a visit to a dermatologist. After complaining, I was shifted to room 404 on the same floor, where the infestation persisted and the bugs continued biting me. A subsequent doctor visit told me to leave immediately because the bites were bleeding. When I vacated, no humanitarian assistance was offered and the remaining balance of 2533 INR was collected. I had to pay for doctor visits and dry cleaning out of pocket. Both hotels are rotten in cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene, so avoid them if health matters. I attached photos of the painful stay, which I had to cut short due to the bed‑bug problem and the dirty environment. The main frustration is that they charge about 1100 INR per night for such a sub‑standard property.
