The apartment was clean, the breakfast good, and it’s close to restaurants and BR 101 with easy access to the south of Paraíba (Acaú and Pitimbu beaches). There’s an elevator, good cost‑benefit, and the owner can help with logistics if needed; visit Goiana’s historic area, which is very pretty. I didn’t notice anything serious.

The location was okay, but I found it expensive for the comfort offered; reception staff pressured me for upfront payment and insisted I return before 19:00 if I extended my stay, which felt disingenuous since I usually stay there and had an account; it felt like a scam, so I will avoid staying again.
