“Served my needs very well”

The staff were extremely friendly and even arranged a midnight “breakfast” before I left for the airport. The hot water was scorching, and they supplied extra soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, though I didn’t use them. The closet was spacious. I chose this place because it’s close to Nairobi National Park. On the downside, the door had extra toilet‑paper holders but none near the toilet, and there was no water‑spray for toilet use. The room sat two flights up, but the staff helped with my luggage. The cold‑water handle in the shower was loose, and the door to the room stuck hard. Google Maps incorrectly showed a blocked route, which I’ve already reported.

I found this hotel to be quite affordable, which was a big plus for me. However, I have to say that it's located a bit far from the main attractions, which made it a bit inconvenient to get around. Despite the distance, I still think it's a good option for those on a budget.

“Good for one night stay”

My stay here was pleasant, thanks to the simple yet comfortable room that I was provided with. However, we did encounter a bit of a hassle when the gate was still closed in the morning and we had to call the staff to let us out. It was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been great if the gate had been open a bit earlier.
