The staff here are pretty competent, I'll give them that. But the room was a bit of a damp mess, and the bathroom was just plain gross - tiny sink, shower that leaks, and a soap holder that's all rusty. And don't even get me started on the toilet, which was kind of falling apart.

The location can't be beat, but that's about where the positives end. Honestly, the hygiene situation was appalling - I was really put off by it. And to make matters worse, the food at the restaurant was pretty terrible. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown.

What a find! The location is absolutely amazing - I feel really lucky to have stumbled upon this place.

The location is definitely the highlight - we're just a 60-yard walk from the Ganges river, which is awesome. The staff were super helpful, and the restaurant food was actually really great. That being said, getting to the hotel can be a bit of a challenge since the alleyways are too narrow for autos. Luckily, the hotel staff sent someone to help with our luggage, which was a big help. All in all, it was a good stay.

This place is super convenient, right by the ghat, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. However, I was surprised that for the price we're paying, they don't provide basic toiletries like toilet paper or any complimentary amenities in the bathroom.
