Excellent hotel. Close to the beach. Very spacious clean rooms. I did not dislike any part of the stay.

Close to the beach. If you book directly with the hotel you get beach passes, otherwise $10 per person per day. We had a key issue that they took care of quickly. The view on the odd side looks at a bank parking lot.

Extremely convenient to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants on Main St. The first‑floor rooms are actually at basement level. The A/C and dehumidifier were noisy, as was the floor above us. Shower water pressure was low.

The location was great, with a private beach right across the street. The staff were excellent, and the welcome bag was a nice touch. The room was very clean with lovely details, making it warm and cozy. The kitchenette was nice, but the large refrigerator didn’t cool properly; luckily the smaller fridge worked well.
