“It was the worst hotel I stay at, ever. You really need to do something about it, just terrible.”

I liked the fact that I could ask for a hairdryer and got one. Do you want me to send you pictures because I took some. The chair provided in the room was positively filthy. There was mold and rust in the bathtub. The soaps were deplorable. It’s like they were 30 years old or something. The pool has large areas of rust in it. And even more rust on the furniture in the pool area. It was very disappointing. I’ll never stay there again.

When I walked in, the receptionist was so friendly that I immediately felt at ease in this cozy place, and the pleasant scent made the experience even better; thanks to the whole team for their excellent work—great job, everyone!

“Absolutely horrible place”

The hotel was conveniently located near my office, but the staff were shockingly rude, constantly knocking on my door and attempting to enter even with the “do not disturb” sign up; I’ve never seen such poor management, and homeless people roamed the halls and parking lot at all hours.

They serve fresh breakfast daily, and their coffee machine eliminates the need for that second cup of stale coffee— it even makes espresso and lets you choose the strength; on top of that, the housekeeping staff is very considerate and polite, and the owner is always present, ensuring guests feel comfortable and have everything they need; this is the first hotel that has surprised me in every positive way!

“We will definitely be back!”

Every morning the breakfast arrives hot and fresh, and while the menu stays the same, there are plenty of fresh options, plus a yogurt machine and fresh bagels with cream cheese that I love; the coffee is amazing, and each cup is freshly brewed by their machine, making it effortless.
